God I pray the Wings win tomorrow and the Caps lose. It’s been a long 7 years since we’ve had the chance to see our Red Wings in the playoffs. You can tell Ken Daniels has been waiting a long time also. His calls the past few games have so much joy and jubilation to them. His raw emotions really epitomize how all Red Wings fans have been feeling. Ken and Mick are the best in the business ❤️

I haven't felt this way in a long time. Feels so good, what a game. This is why we love hockey.

Need the highlights from game 82. Despite the Washington result the last second comeback is worth celebrating

Habs fan here, don't care so much about the loss since we have nothing to play for but props to the Red Wings on that W. That was a character comeback, GG!

Are you going to post highlights of the game in Montreal? Even though we got eliminated a few minutes later, it was still a win and an amazing comeback.

The double octopus throws down 2 in the 3rd the whole season on the line was the divine intervention the boys needed to get buzzing. Props to the fans who knew the assignment there.

Gostisbehere had an unreal game

Even if the wings don’t make the playoffs playing meaningful hockey until the last game of the season is a huge step forward

Ken was absolutely amped!

Because the game was carried on a Canadian sports network (I live in Canada) the Detroit feed was unavailable so I missed Mickey Redmond ("boy oh boy"). He's the best color commentator. All the others seem to be paid by the syllable.

By far the biggest game in LCA history and everything was unreal. Calls from Ken and Mick, the crowd, the finish, you name it.

It's official my neighbors hate me after tonight lol. I went crazy. What an emotional ride this game was. Pleeeeaaaase let the hockey Gods be on our side 2maro

I appreciate your addition of the ‘boarding’ play we made against the habs not too long after Raymond’s. It’s such a subtle touch that tells you a lot about how committed the referees were to keeping the whistles at home today, largely for both teams. There has to be a big comfy office chair for you somewhere in hockey media, and it would be a disservice to you to try and use the English language to convey how lucky I feel that you do it for free for my favorite sports team of all time. I’d put you on a jersey in the rafters if I could.
