This documentary is about the evidence - real, scientific, and often dramatic - which proves that the Outback of Australia was once a place where dinosaurs roamed in vast numbers. Using live action and 3D animation, these compelling reconstructions tell the story of these grand creatures that roamed the land.

  • Absolutely love the Australian attitude - sheep farmer and wife find fossil, then set up a museum, dig sites, and research centre with a bit of help from a University and a couple of academics, and simply get on with it, using keen amateurs and enthusiastic visitors...and it works. There's no way this would happen in the UK without tons of bureaucracy and red tape, leading to years of delays. Fantastic.
  • Props to the lady for getting so close to those dinosaurs. Cameramen included.
  • I have a fascination with Aussie! Thanks for the uploads, never seen before what kind of dinosaurs roamed there!🦖🇦🇺💕

Great to see an Aussie doco, complete with Aussie accent. Would love to be volunteering on this in Queensland.

It's awesome to know we had dinosaurs 🦕 in australia 🇦🇺 🥰 since the continents were all one, it doesn't surprise me however the variations of dinosaurs across the globe is telling. We certainly have unique species here. We are so lucky.
  • I always thought it was a no brainer Australia would have an abundance of dinosaur fossils considering both late Pangia break-up and the amount of natural diversity in wildlife that resulted later on into this day. Good doc ty.

Hey hey this is the documentary or at least part of it is shown in the museum named 'Australian Age of Dinosaurs' near the outback town of Winton in Queensland Australia. I've been there last year and it was beautiful, it's a 7 hour drive from Townsville to Winton, a gorgeous historic outback part of the Australian Dinosaur trail. The facility itself sits on top of a Mesa plateau 20 minutes away from Winton, it's an absolutely great experience for those looking for an off the beaten track itinerary in Australia.
  • The most amazing thing to me was seeing how much my toenails would grow in 100 years! ❤️🤗🐝

This is awesome. The massiveness of the Outback and it’s own people can train and go out to dinosaur excavations. Thanks for sharing. #BucketList

Love anything about dinosaurs. Love when she walks away.

Makes you proud to be an Aussie. Well done to all involved. Keep up the good work.
  • Nice video and nice presentation but I happened to have closed-captioning on during the latter part of the video and was endlessly amused by the many ways they misspelled "Sauropod" (big, long necked, long tailed, plant eating dinosaur).
  • I like Judy’s approach to digging and managing the site. I’d volunteer on the team.

Love our Aussie humour 🤣🤣🤣. Great show mate ❤️.
  • What a wonderful discovery! Can't wait to see what else is unearthed.
  • I can’t believe she just stood there while that asteroid hit, she must be invincible

This is it! This is healthy listening. A good choice over murder docs for peaceful listening. Well done! I'm here for this 🤗
  • I can imagine the "outback" regions being excellent fossil finding grounds for dinosaurs and other animals after dinosaurs went extinct🦕🦖🦍🐯🇦🇺
