Great episode. Bought my first HK in 1986 in Ft Campbell, KY. Paid a fellow GI $250 for a P7 when he had a child and his wife didn't want a gun in the house. He purchased it with a pawn ticket from another GI for $200 who was about to lose it at the pawn shop. I still have that pistol in great condition. Put it away for over 25 years in the 90's. Took it to the range this year and the owner offered me $2K cash for the pistol. Of course I said "No". To this day, I also own a VP9 and a VP9SK. Love all my HKs. They remind of my tour in Nuremburg, Germany. Erlangen actually.

..... This is without a doubt, the most complete and comprehensive Gun review on HK pistols I’ve ever seen... Thank you for all of the valuable information, and putting so much effort into making this video... I can confidently say that just about all the information anyone could ever need about HK and their pistols can be found right here👍

I’m another sick HK addict, and retired from Army and Air Force. Began with a new P7M8 long before Hans Gruber ever heard of one. Back then they were $459. ($499 for an M13). When you say Heckler & Koch GmbH, the GmbH represents a different sort of company than an AG. GmbH is pronounced “Gay em bay ha” in German. Owner of two P7M8s, a stainless USPc 45, a P30, two VP9s, a VP40, a P2000SK in 9mm, 40SW and in 357Sig. I also have the VP9 Match. On the longer side, I also have the MR556A1 Competition Model. What has kept me into H&K is their ambidextrous designs. (I’m a lefty). The only except is the earlier USPs. The only modification that I have done to my HK pistols is to replace the mag release on my P2000SK to a slightly larger one off the HK 45. One very interesting think I only learned recently was that the small laser designator I have mounted on my USPc will also fit on a Picatinny mount! Thanks for your fun, thorough coverage of the fine H&K firm. I find many of your conclusions to be very sound. One of the most thorough on the web! Vielen danke!

I have both of the 9mm and 45 USP Experts. They are hands down the standard to judge other handguns in terms of reliability and durability. True go to war weapons.

Finally I found my way back to my people, a channel that understands my madness
  • I believe this is the first time I’ve ever heard someone say that Striker mechanisms typically have a better feel than a hammer fired mechanism.
  • What fiber optic front sight do you have on the K&K USP EXPERT? I have the jet fullel one in layaway and I want to replace the front sight with a proper height fiberoptic one if possible. Not sure what height is required to match the adjustable factory rear irons. Thanks!
  • I have the VP9 and the Expert 45 and while I did cry when I bought the expert I don’t regret buying it as it’s in my opinion the best pistol ever
  • Wow this was the single best HK review I've ever seen bro , especially on the P30L in that configuration. That P30 L version is my Holy grail !! 🥳👍🏾
  • Great video, man. Super detailed and you can tell a ton of research went into it.
  • @TheRerunn
I am ashamed of myself. I only have one HK. I am looking for a job.

I just ordered mines for $499 with 3mags plus 4 extra mags from HK year end deals. Am I crying, yes! After so many guns purchased, I finally finalized my gun.
  • I Cary either a P30 sks or a P30S. Ive competed with a P30L. My home gun is a HK 45. HKs are the guns I trust.
