Bitclout calls itself the "crypto social network" and says that it isn't a company... just "coins and code". Today we analyze what's behind all the hype and why I believe Bitclout is a scam.

This video is an opinion and in no way should be construed as statements of fact. Scams, bad business opportunities, and fake gurus are subjective terms that mean different things to different people. I think someone who promises $100K/month for an upfront fee of $2K is a scam. Others would call it a Napolean Hill pitch

The positive side of my bad financial situation is that I can't buy all sorts of nonsense.

Hey Coffeezilla thank you for making these videos. I’ve expended a lot of time and resources myself trying to warn people about what’s going on but unfortunately this scam bypasses human common sense so it’s been an uphill battle. I’ll be making a video on it shortly but have kept delaying it because more info keeps coming in. This scam is crazy!

Wait... If I can't cash out, why in the world would I ever put any money in? This would be like getting casino chips, but the casino will not cash in my chips.
  • Pretty sure Coffee has synesthesia, but instead of being able to taste colors he can smell pyramids 😂
  • I can’t imagine a worse idea than a blockchain social network.

People are so worried they will miss the boat that they see its more of a risk NOT to invest.

They believe by the time they do the research that it will already be too late.

The worst part about all of this, as with all scams, is that it's desperate people that are going to suffer the most. 1 bitcoin for snoopdog is nothing, 1 bitcoin for the rest of us is 1 years salary.

Bitclout also privated their twitter comments. Nobody can reply to any of their tweets. They don't want anyone calling them out in their tweet comments. Guess this should also be a red flag

I love the grind Coffeezilla is on right now, this content is top tier!
  • "You need to tweet about it in order to buy it." Holy shit, that is. a sentence. I would never in a million years think that would be a good way to run my business.

"I never thought I would be a blockchain explorer," is the funniest pun I've heard all day. Thanks for bringing attention to this! As someone who has been in the blockchain space since 2013/14, I've been through plenty of scam cycles like this. It severely stunts our ability to work on and bring attention to the legitimate utilities we're building.
  • This whole bitclout thing is so insane, I can’t believe people are actually putting money in 🤯
  • As awful as this entire bitclout system is, you kind-of have to appreciate the brilliance of it. This is next level scamming. These dudes are basically the "now you see me" crew vs the regular scammers we see who are more like the wet bandits from home alone.

It's so amazing to watch this channel then flip to twitter to see everyone just eating bitclout up. Sad, but it's like I can see the matrix code

The crypto space is really troubled by scammers of various degrees, thank you for turning your scrutiny to this sector. We need your insight.

The whole rise and fall time clip from Chamath instantly brings to mind NFTs

I just learned while Wiki-ing this that our Prime Minister’s profile got dragged onto BitClout and he sent them a cease-and-desist letter to remove the profile and was angry that he was associated with them without his consent. I’m just surprised they picked politicians at all.

This is a genius scam. Instead of an ad saying "you just won 1 million dollars", it lets all celebrities know at once that they won a million dollars. You use people's idea of influencer power, while the individual ad only targets baseline ignorance.
