the lady in the 2:20 minutes into the video is 100% right about the lack of customer service skills in somali traders, they are not welcoming, smiling or even try to talk nicely to the customer they need to improve on this, I myself am a somali and have observed this behavior on numerous occasions !

I've neve been to Kenya 🇰🇪 but i have alot of families and friends who live there, walahi they love the county and people. They know the language and always praise the country. There #1 vacation spots are in Kenya as well, the ones who live in Minnesota. All in all, amazing country inshallah I'll visit soon.

As a Somali, I observed Kenyans have strong culture and they’re very proud people. Kenyans are hard workers. Kenyans love their roasted meat and sukuma n’ Ugali which I now love it too. I was shocked to have learned the languages, culture, numbers, names of trees, some tribe/clan names are just like the Somali language and culture those Kenyan communities are the wonderful Turkana, Kalanjen and Rendile. Much respect to you Kenyans. I wish the Kenyans showed love to the jokora street people and help them as they deserve hope, love, life, family, warmth, shelter, good food and good times. Thanks.
