  • I have long had a chronic stress, were i couldnt enjoy reading, watching tv show or reading comics or videogames. Nothing just blank nothingness and boredom constantly. But i recently been practicing mantra meditation with difficulty. But today i figured out my problem. I just cant relax. And boy did this meditation help me. SO thanks alot, iam doing this one everyday from now on. Sitting in a chair to focus on muscle relaxation and not falling asleep during meditation. It works great.   • Love these audio on meditation Ive been doing it since January 2018. I listen to them to help me sleep. Today i to have a mri done on my spine because im in a lot of pain i started to have a panic attack when they put my in for MRI. Then I was thinking about last night medation and I just repeated to myself what you said to me last night and I calmed down. I was able to get the MRI done which took about 15 minutes.Thank You for this gift of listening to you.
