Julia, I usually do the cheesy hash brown casserole ( with ham ) as freezer meals for those days that I donāt want to cook. I make several up and stick them in my freezer and then when I need a good meal, I pull one out , bake covered on 375 for an hour or until done ( my oven cooks uneven sometimes. ) serve with a side salad. Yummy
