Thanks to Valvoline for sponsoring this episode! Valvoline’s first breakthrough in motor oil was introducing it. And we’ve been re-inventing it ever since, from the world’s first high mileage oil to the world’s first synthetic blend. There are those who change with the times and those who drive them. Learn more at Valvoline.com/original.

Car companies love bringing back the classics, and they do it all the time. The Mustang. The NSX. The Bronco. But we don’t think manufacturers are bringing back ENOUGH of the right cars! This is a list of 10 classic cars that we think automakers should definitely bring back. From pony cars to muscle trucks, this is D-List!

Huge shout out to Esa Mustonen (@EsaMust) for sharing his MR2 render with us for the video and thumbnail.

And an equally huge shout out to Abimelec Design (@AbimelecDesign) for sharing some of his renders, too!

Sorry about the other renders that @joegweber and @35mm_cars did lol.

  • @jcsweet6618
This was the first sponsor ad that I didn’t skip. I’m glad I didn’t.
  • The sponsor was so intense I’m not even kidding it almost gave me goosebumps. Hands down best sponsor ever on YouTube.
  • @Pickle-oh
The fact that he didn't even mention the rx7 is a absolute crime

  • @Khranok
The new Jimny is one of the coolest looking cars to come out in ages, apparently they are working on a long wheelbase and pick up version too
  • @emmawilson9868
i’ve never seen a better ad for a sponsor in my life, valvoline made possibly the best choice they could have
  • @hudsonja
This is literally the best in-video sponsor ad I have ever seen.

Love this list. My first car was a 1967 Cougar. And an MR2 Spyder was one of the most fun cars I ever test drove.
  • @ashzciwobuz1277
I used to have a manual 2011 CRZ. honestly the best car I've ever driven to this day. I dream of having a CRX one day. Also my number 1 car to bring back is the Silvia. We need an s16

“Powered by dodge”- has heart attack. Best marketing ever
  • @eevee5463
I’m not gonna lie. That’s the only ever YouTube sponsor segment I’ve ever watched and I feel like my brain gained an extra 12 buff horses.

I still have the hope that car manufactureres want to increase acceptance of EVs by going back to retro designs. Would be the way to go and make EVs more appealing if they didn't look like a spaceship. A bit like Opel did it with their Manta concept
  • @americansmark
Btw: Dodge seriously considered building the exact Like Red Express variant you mentioned, but knew it wouldn't be high volume and the trucks they did sell would mainly go to collectors who would throw it in a garage for 40 years. They didn't want another demon. It's not a volume truck and the the collectors ruin the niche vehicle market.

Best add ever Valvoline is so lucky to have James as there spokesman
  • @redhotcp510
this might have been the only Ad i've ever enjoyed watching
  • I'd love to see more videos with all of the Donut personalities: Nolan, James, Jeremiah, Justin, Zach, etc. In a game show or improvisational comedy segment. With cars, I guess
  • @kylegoodman3463
