I think redoing the haunted house and giving it to Eugeno is an awesome idea. Don't have BeefCake Construction do it. Just use some of Brad's other subs. Imagine changing his life like that, it would be amazing. Plus you'd have someone out at the front of both your properties keeping an eye on things when you're not around. It's a win win for everyone.
  • When you think it can’t get any better. Brad moves next door and flair does a house surprise. Hell yeah brothers!!!!
  • @Antnee83
Redo the house and give it to him! He deserves it! That would be an awesome surprise!
  • @ScottHirons
Next project - Ralph needs a house. Flair's animals need the Taj Mahal of barns for their comfort. A space for Ralph, Carol, Rick, Dale, and all the rest.
  • I totally wanna see y'all surprise him with a place that has been redone and special cause it's flairs! I think that'd be awesome and very cool of y'all and think be fun to watch it as well 🙂

At first I thought the thumbnail was click bait but dang they are neighbors. Look forward to see how the property develops.

I love the Eugeno house idea. I think he would be a great full time beef cake construction employee! Sounds like lots of content coming up that would keep him busy haha.

Nice! I suggested this to FLAIR a couple of times, but his current house's upper and lower ponds. (The cabin/backyard pond). He should have a "fish chute" as I call it. Where there's a pipe/drain like system where he can just pour a bucket of water and fish down it to fill the Cabin pond. This would save him time and money on petrol, from driving the side/side down there everytime he tries stocking the Cabin pond.

    Basically a Fish waterpark slide.

@Brad (Rig N Jig here) I changed my name. When i saw the title, at first I thought the tiny home was going there. But now I love that you guys are going to be neighbours. I wish I lived there, id totally be neighbours with the 2 of you. Brad its a great investment you can NEVER go wrong, with property investment. Atleast I dont think so.

I can see you and Flair fishing/hunting together, building things to improve certain aspects of both properties. But most of all, your grandkids playing or even babysitting Brooklyn. I can see you riding up to Flairs, and asking him for a hand with things, but I can also see him coming down and checking in on you and seeing what you're up too. Im really excited for the both of you.

Brad you made me so happy when you said you were making a ranch style home. They are so incredibly hard to find here where im at, as many people tend to keep them in their families for generations.

My wife and I desperately need one because of my back so i can appreciate the 1 floor, floor plans. I actually talked my folks into getting a ranch home years ago because my dad had fallen off a ladder onto concrete and had the same back surgery i had the first time. My wife and I were lucky finding an apartment/condo on the ground floor. It still needs some minor ramps and the concrete needs patching as its cracked in some spots, however it's safer then stairs or elevator incase of an emergency.

I wish you and your family all the best on this new property and I know its something they will all fall in love with and appreciate through many years to come.

I am curious about the driveways and how wide you'll make them, or if you will have a horseshoe driveway in the front of your home, if you have considered wider driveways for future builds or the bigger machinery or cranes you may need to expand your builds as time continues? Will the asphalt hold up, or would concrete be better long term? Also here in Canada we have had folks do heated pools and hot tubs outside. Im curious if thats something you may want to invest in, or even an indoor pool/hot tub with a cedar wrapped room, with patio doors or pullback walls for the summer time to bring the outside in; yet in the winter you could be swimming while its snowing and maybe hook it up to geo thermal to cut cost tremendously. Also solar panels and off grid is always the way to go as well.(this is what my inlaws have and they love it, and it works great for my back as well and my healing)

Im curious if you have thought about not just solar panels but wind energy; this would do fantastic on this land and help it become more self sufficient and sustainable. If you can create your own energy, geo thermal and water through a well and rain barrels for the green houses it would be amazing. It would also be beneficial for the green houses, if you built them into the side of the hills. I dont know if thats what you were saying or if i misunderstood.

I absolutely love the treehouse ideas for hunting but also for the kids/grandkids as both yours and Flairs get older. You definately need a shop and barn for all your toys, prolly a second garage for some of the over flow toys like the side by sides and boats lol. Darn it, you make me want to be your neighbor. I was talking with my wife, after one of your other videos and said how much fun it would be to meet you and Flair both and how your relationship had grown on camera over this bit of time. Karla (my wife) had mentioned how she thought Macy and herself would truly be great friends.

Brad I truly hope one day I get the chance to meet you. We always message on here but I enjoy your personality and humor but most of all just that you are genuine. I find the people i enjoy most in life and those I choose to spend time with or even want to get to know are those that are truly genuine, like yourself, Flair and my friends here at home etc. Its funny how life is sometimes.

Anyways, I know you're a busy guy and I won't keep you reading too much longer. Cant wait to see the builds, dont forget roadways or paths to everything but most of all, remember to take some time to enjoy it all, while it's being built and also when its all completed. We wish you nothing but the best success to both yourself and Flair. And yes if Flair can keep the haunted house on the land as a dwelling because i know he was having an issue with the city over it, then yes the surprise giveaway would be fantastic.

You guys keep making the videos and we will keep watching them, take care.

Hey Brad just a thought for your burn pile, you ought to burn it on the plot your son wants to farm. The ash will add calcium, potassium and small amounts of phosphorus and a few other nutrients into the soil which in turn helps plants grow bigger and better
  • @BrandonHvlogs
Y’all could tell ujeano to build the haunted house the way he wants if he was going to live there and just give him a budget. Then at the end hand him the keys.

  • @b5maddog
This is such a great surprise! Congratulations to you both. Please do up the house for Eugene. You might want you and your family to wear orange whenever ever on your property. Especially during hunting season 😂
  • @heatherd.9390
And just think... if Andrew and Macy need a night out, they have very familiar, kind neighbours to look after Brooklyn!
  • @txmarine82
How awesome. I never watched this one. Hell of a lot of videos to come. Can’t wait for all to come
  • @MrAnthonyr21
Brad I love your vision! 20 acres is the perfect amount! Can’t wait to see how everything turns out!

It would be cool to hang with Flair… but as a neighbor I don’t know if I could handle the antics. One day buddy is out there hunting bull frogs with an AK, next day he’s racing camels and mopeds, and the next day his petting zoo fence gets knocked and you got llamas humping in your front lawn. The antics are hilarious on YouTube but I mean every day life. It would be interesting don’t get me wrong but I don’t know, good luck to you sir.
