If you could wake up tomorrow being fluent in one new language, which would you choose?

The 50% lady is so amazingly humble! Her English was great! She only needs a bit more confidence!

I like how honest they are. They tell you they can talk 1 language. They do not count a language they struggling to talk. I think they can talk and understand english but they do not include it because they struggle to talk english. Other people will tell you they can talk other languages or a little but they can only do greetings and count to 10 and few sentences and that is not enough to count a language as a language you know.

  • I love how Mexican people are really nice and humble. It’s nice to see the diversity of the country. Definitely a country with amazing people. I think many Mexicans would like to learn more languages, German and French are really popular. Recently other languages are becoming more popular like Japanese and Chinese due to the amount of foreigners from those countries. Personally I would love to learn German and Russian. Have tons of fun in Mexico and welcome to our beautiful country! 🇲🇽 ❤
  • I'm from Mexico City, and I am fluent in four languages. While most Mexicans take English classes, they often struggle to speak it well due to limited opportunities for practice. However, in border states like Tamaulipas, Tijuana, and Ciudad Juarez, you will encounter a higher number of people who are fluent in English. In contrast, many Europeans effortlessly speak three or four languages because their countries are geographically close, granting them easy access to interactions with individuals who speak different languages.
  • I am mexican I speak 6 languages. I would say a big amount of mexican people can understand English but they are not confident enough on speaking. I Love your videos

In Mexico, it is hard to learn other languages than English because we have no neighbors who speak other languages, the closest are Haiti and Canada where both speak French. I would like it to be as in Europe, where there are many countries and languages in a small portion of land.

I'm surprised by the amount of people that said German. Learning it myself, very difficult but fun. 🐢
  • Mexico City is so spectacular. Miss it so much. What a lucky guy you are to be there.

I love how well this video shows the diversity of people in Mexico City ❤ Welcome back, Dan!
  • Maxican people are quite easy going and friendly. What a great way to get to know the culture.
  • I am amazed that so many Mexicans have an interest in german. Myself being german, I really like Mexico as well. I hope those people that are interested are able to learn german :)
