I can’t even begin to say how INCREDIBLE jimin is. I have NEVER been left speechless from an artist. Ever. And I was with this. He is truly impeccable 🔥🔥

Other people makes music, but Jimin makes art. I'm not saying other musicians aren't good, but Jimin is different, I don't know how else to explain it.

Reason for the title being pt.2 taken from Jimin's interview with Cosequence:
When the track list for the album was revealed, many noticed that this pre-release single was designated as “Pt.2” despite the fact that Jimin doesn’t have any existing songs to his name titled “Set Me Free.” He confirms that it’s a nod to a track on bandmate SUGA’s second Agust D mixtape, D-2. “There isn’t a connection, and we weren’t trying to divide part one or part two,” he explains. “But since it turns out my song talks about freedom and moving forward, and SUGA’s song talks about some of the stories that come before, I thought it would be good to come after that.”

jimin say in interview about this song :
“set me free” means setting myself free, so I thought it was important that I be the one to set myself free not someone else. In the end, I’m the one who has to set myself free.

I would say the song has the energy of a light in the darkness. I wanted to express that kind of picture everyone has in their head - a ray of light coming into the darkness is the only thing you can see.

I think it's safe to say everyone in the kpop industry are clutching their pearls while waiting on this album. Between the lyrics, choreography, and cinematography of this video alone, the vibe gives Album of the Year. I've literally had the "oh aye oh" melody in the background of the song stuck in my head since the video dropped. 🔥🔥🔥

The way it started still caught me off guard and I watched the trailer was not expecting this! jimin slayed, devoured ate all crumbs aswell, as the mv its so unique and creative the dancing also the tones of his voice how he switched it up loved the reaction ❤

I'm in love with the choreo as its so jimin.
I love jimins vocals in the song aswell,vand the lyrics relatable aswell.
I also love the MVs darker colours aka the black and blue as they really set the mood Jimins is trying to create and this is a side of jimin I've been waiting to see and I love it.
