And there's one tiny thing you missed in the first movie Gizmo plays a little trumpet and in the game you could sometimes hear him play it

so much nostalgia in one video, time to binge watch gremlins for the first time in years!

I think theres a good chance that any o the references you couldn't find are from that "secrets of the mogwai" thing being developed. It makes sense to me at least that the team would have access to some knowledge of that show the public wouldn't, but thats purely speculation

If Gizmo hits Jake with the car when he's transformed into a shape, the car launches into the air quite high, just like the movie.

This movie was part if my childhood! So glad he got added to the game!

I'm really happy Gizmo got in as he is one my favourite characters and gremlins is one my favourite movies. Glad I understood most of the references but I'm also glad this video exist just in case I missed any or for other people to learn about. For the umbrella it might be a reference to the upcoming gremlins show but again I'm unsure. Great video as always!

I'm really happy that there's a chance of him singing "New York, New York" by Frank Sinatra, because that was my favourite scene from both Gremlins movies. But if the Daffy, Lenny and George Mogwai aren't revealed as alternate variants for Gizmo, I'm going to side ground special off a cliff. Edit: At least Daffy as an alt, come on. It makes the most sense because Billy's girlfriend mistook him for Gizmo. His winning animation could be him eating that corn really quickly and his losing animation could he him hiding in a pot of boiling water. He could say "I'm not Gizmo". That's all I ask of this game. Except for Beetlejuice. And Jack Torrance. And Freddy Krueger. That's all I ask. Edit 2: And Spy vs. Spy. And Sheldon Cooper. And Ross Gellar. And Matilda Wormwood. And Ned Kelly. And Walter White. And Beavis and Butthead. But apart from that, Daffy as an alt for Gizmo is all I ask. Edit 3: And that one guy from Monty Python and the Holy Grail

I think it would be cool if all of the stages had a night mode that's activated whenever you play as gizmo or stripe

Gremlins 2 was the second movie I went to see at the movies alone, I was probably around 12 years old, the first one was T2 judgment day
