Bungie has officially broke telesto. Probably to release a new telesto emblem soon. They added a slow alternate firing mode now.

Telesto dispara lento hasta que mantienes presionado el botón de recarga. Cambiar el encendido y apagado del arma hará que vuelva a ser lento.
