    If u have just gotten into art and don't go for copic just buy these or another cheaper alternative and upgrade to copic one at a time and overtime you'll end up having an entire set of copic markers without having to spend a fortune at once,that's how I did it

    The expensive markers are better but the drawling with cheap is better which shows how much you have improved

    Always try cheap stuff first for any medium! You might spend a lot of money on a nice set of colored pencils or markers and then realize they aren't really your jam

    student grade materials get you along fine with learning, but professional grade stuff really is a whole different ballpark when it comes to pigment and quality

    I won't lie. I have those markers, got them when I was pretty young, and then got introduced to copics.. Dude, it was like a dream, copics blended much better, the color was so much better, yes, the markers I got are good beginner, but copics take the win. I will not lie

    I went to a craft store and they had a 50 box of colored pencils for $65

    Another alternative is Ohuhu alcohol markers. Just got some and they're amazing to work with!

    I really dig my Ohuhu markers. I bought the grey set. They work awesome with prisma color pencils

    I also suggest arteza markers! They blend pretty good and have a decent set of colors.
