    My happiest time in life was just before I turned 21….. I was even called vivacious! But 6 days before my 21st birthday… my younger brother & best friend was shot and killed in an innocent bystander shooting situation! Haven’t been the same since…I’m now 65! I try really hard every day….it’s taking a long time…..my vibration is getting better….thank God!🙏🏼❤️
  • For religious people this is the same as "Let go and let God". Basically, as soon as you have a negative thought, you notice it and say, "that's ok but I'm gonna think a better thought now" and do it! The better the thoughts, the less anxiety and worry you'll have. BE-ing Joyful is what keeps you in that flow state🙂

  • I was in Mexico (2017), I while I was studying and spending time with my foreigner friends traveling too, I was thinking about nothing, just relaxing out there outdoors, going to places I had never been, most of them beautiful oceans. What a good time!
  • As a kid, the first day of summer was my happy time. I didn’t have to have a routine and I could just play. I wasn’t thinking about anything….😊

    My happiest time when I was on my horse… I was 12 years old and it was a winter morning. We went up a mountain and I watched the steam from his nostrils as he was warming up from the walk. Everything was covered in frost and I was rugged up just relaxing on his back watching the kangaroos hop by. I must have been so present that day because I’m now 46 but I return to that memory often. ❤ you’re right, I don’t remember the thought but I remember the observation ❤️

  • Dam...everything you are talking about I was thinking this morning while on a long walk with my dogs...I noticed how amazing I was feeling and I attribute that to just enjoying the days...living in the moment with no expectations...feeling calm and balanced

    This is so valuable. Many coaches say no matter how triggered you are or how negative a thought might be, just flip the thought into the opposite. This often creates so much resistance and backfires. Why do many people manifest their desires by „letting go“? Not because deep inside they really don’t care about their desires anymore but because they let go of the stress that’s attached to it! They finally relax their body again, stay more present and therefore they regulate their nervous system and the state of desperate wanting and obsessing reduces. And just like Aaron said, when you detach from your thoughts and the usual chatter in your mind and just become more aware of your mindset and relax a bit more (in a nutshell regulate your nervous system), better thoughts will automatically follow without you having to shove them down your throat. Remember, you can’t want something and have or be it at the same time. So reducing the stress level linked to the state of wanting by just chilling out more and working on your overall mindset as well as self love and acceptance, will get you into a state of „having“, „being“ and more peace. That’s when good things start to happen and you just view things differently. ❤

  • I'm from the High Vibe Tribe. While I was watching this video, I realized one thing. I am a big stickler for detail and it always took me too long to prepare for my lessons, since I work as a teacher. Everything needed to be planned perfectly and it didn´t make me really happy. I've been practicing improvising in the lessons for a few days now and I can see that it's much more fun for the students and for me too. And the main thing is that I don't spend so much time on preparation, I just prepare a few things and do not overthink about it. It works!
