Imagine people in home watching Smithsonian Channel on TV that is placed on a wall and suddenly plane bursts in their home from back of TV and the nose of the plane comes out of TV.
  • I saw the episode. I think what angered me the most was not the errors made, but that Execuflight knew these two had been fired from previous jobs, but hired them anyway.

This was actually Mogadore Ohio. Not Akron. The folks on board were commercial property executives. This was a tragic event. Thankfully, the apartments were empty at the time of impact.
  • I am curious, were they lowered than they thought when they broke out of the clouds? It seems like an easy to avoid tragedy.

Is it just me or have the titles gotten a lot more "hello fellow kids"-ish over the past few months?

Isn't this the crash where a girl on snapchat or musically sort of caught it on camera? You can see the light of the explosion on her wall behind her

I literally live in central ohio. I’ve been here all my life and I never heard about this crash. It was never on the news

I know the girl who caught her reaction to the plane crash on Snapchat. She's been openly speaking about it in more recent years and says he was scared at first but was later happy to have survived but also sympathized with the residents that lost everything and the people that lost their lives.
  • It's shocking how the captain is not monitoring the instruments while he is supposed to do it. I did not see the complete episode but this is what I expect, from the video the decent rate looks so dangerously high.
