Kristi Noem just relayed a story about how she was abandoned and neglected in her childhood, but instead of doing better with the future, she wants to normalize that fear for everyone. That's terrifying but makes a lot of sense for how these people are created, why they are always so scared of everything and why they think everyone needs to be scared of everything.
