This year of smg4 was the best it ever was. With the genesis arc, sunset paradise, Mario plays series, and the premiere of murder drones, this was a great year. And all of this done while the world was kinda burning is a great achievement. I can’t wait to see the future of the Channel.

I really liked how in this episode smg4, smg3, FM, X (and even smg1 and 2) were present all together. Idk if any other episodes featured these guys altogether before but hopefully bloopsville and FM and X come back after the redesigns, even if they themselves don’t get a redesign (which is probably better)

I think this is the nicest and most competent Iv seen Mario in this series so far. He was able to appease almost everyone, came up with creative solutions for saiko and shroomy, and barely messed up outside of the beginning. I like this side of Mario, I was expecting him to be dumb and rude but this is a nice change of pace

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to the SMG4 team! We've been through many things this year, 10 years of the channel, the Genesis Arc, the death of Axol, 5 million subscribers, Sunset Paradise and Murder Drones. Can't wait to see what crazy thing Mario will first do in 2022. Also, who else wasn't expecting that Auri cameo?

This was a wholesome Christmas special indeed. We have Mario playing Santa (reluctantly), the guardians are having a picnic with FM and X in Bloopersville, and everyone's gathering in the castle for a huge Christmas party. My favorite part was Meggy chatting with Auri, a nice callback to Sunset Paradise. Merry Christmas, SMG4 and crew, and a happy new year! See you guys in 2022!

This was awesome to watch. The usual humor that led to a wholesome ending was beautiful. Also seeing Auri with Meggy was so heartwarming for me (I still have their postcard).
