The reason the Enderman at 11:33 ran through the water is because when a Enderman teleports you can actually see their bodies just speeding fast. And that's why.

Endermen can’t teleport or go through water it’s programmed into the code that’s why people use water a border to protect them from the Endermen. Same with waterboarded leaves.

16:30 the reason the one villager went to the emerald place was because the green bed was 1 block closer than the “modest house with comfy bed” 16:50 also the reason this villager decided to go to the modest house is because the other one targeted the 1 block closer bed so the 2nd villager needed to go to the second closest. And not because they have “different personalities”
