They discuss if it's wide receiver or bust for GM Brandon Beane and company and if not what are the other position considerations? Steve is quizzed on Bills draft trade history in The Numbers Game. Rome Odunze 1st, Xavier Legette 2nd round. Do whatever you have to do to get this done. Set up Josh for the rest of his career.

Locked on Bills with Joe Marino has good insight about the draft.

good review of Bills needs and possible draft moves ! loved it
  • If the Bills can get Legette and mcconkey in this draft that’s a huge win I think. Or even Legette and Roman Wilson/Ricky Parasall.
  • I’m game if we want to trade up for Brian Thomas Jr, the Bills have 8 draft picks RDS 4-7, hopefully we can go up with a few of those picks if possible!
  • At 14:30 …to Steve’s Question: YES!!!! Trading up for either Harrison, Nabers, Odunze, and even Brian Thomas Jr….WILL MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! I don’t care what it costs! If we use both 1st’s for this year and next year, plus a 4th and a 5th this year with a our 2nd & 5th next year… ITS WORTH IT! Because we have Minnesota 2nd rd pick and most likely, it will be a top 10 2nd Rd pick, which is basically another 1st Rd pick only difference…it’s 10 picks later than where we would normally pick! Make the deal Mr Beane!

All the highest paid receivers in the NFL today are 2nd round picks or lower. Don’t let Kansas City get Xavior Legette
  • Mr Tasker, @1:50, I believe Beane traded a 1st round pick to get Diggs. The Vikings snagged Justin Jefferson with it.

Hearing what was just said, we don’t receivers that can just help, we need a playmaker, someone who will demand double team, a game changer…. We already seen that movie with people that can help and in the end, they don’t help enough

No! Don’t even put that out there about Dorian Williams possibly being traded. No, no, no way!

The obvious play here is to stay at 28, trade up into the top 10 of the 2nd, maybe top 5. Grab 2 stud WRs. AD Mitchell or Worthy in 1st, Xavier Leggette or Javon Baker, Roman Wilson high 2nd.
  • The most viable trade imo would be Chicago .. we could offer the 2nd pick we got from Houston..Kair Elam and some more picks from this year and next
  • @stevewest6133
Is this a likely scenario? Trade up to #19, leapfrog the WR desperate Steelers, and draft Brian Thomas Jr. The Rams get #28, a 4th, our 2025 extra 2nd, and the guy they wanted all along- DT Kris Jenkins- at a more appropriate draft spot. The Bills get a guy who has WR#1 potential on THEIR offense, but not so much on the big board. Bills retain 9 total picks in 2024 and all of their normal picks in 2025.

The Atlanta Falcons back in the 2011 NFL draft traded up from pick #27 all the way up to pick #6 to draft WR Julio Jones. What did the Falcon gives up to the Browns to make this trade? Their 2011 1st, 2nd and 4th round pick. Then, in addition to that, their 2012 1st and 4th round pick. So 5 picks in all including two 1st round picks and a 2nd round pick.
