The point is (as with other emotes where female characters sit with their legs close together) that you can't get easy upskirt views of characters who wear skirts/dresses. The game has to do stuff to stay T-rated, just like censoring swears in certain songs

Glitch fact: The oathbound standard emoticon can be equipped on any customizable hero skin. Doing so causes every single sprite of the emoticon to appear on the skin’s chest.

So basically it’s cool to have dudes doing a girl dance, but actual females can’t do something that’s intended for them to do. Okay Fortnite. Got it.

Still strange of them to do this after putting an emote with more hip sway than a Shakira concert in the battle pass

I don't see what the point of adding this emote was if they were just going change it for females. I get it, they want the game to have a clean image, but the dance is fairly suggestive (and making the actual dance for males only doesn't make it any less suggestive). You either commit or don't bother at all.

this is also applied to lazarbeam's "lunch break" emote where the men spread their legs when sitting, but the females dont.

I don’t play Fortnite but I feel the female variant (I’m guessing there’s male and female variants of some emotes) of this little dance is more prominent in the posterior than the male one.
