Although I do feel like this movie still did romanticize Elvis and Priscilla a bit, I genuinely love how we get to see this relationship through Priscilla's eyes. The glamorized beginning, realizing who Elvis is really is, the abuse, the bittersweet separation, and finally getting a moment of clarity as the audience, realizing we just watched a child falling in love with and being taken advantage of by an older man
