Are Rare planning a NEW sea TITAN?

I'd love to see a sea monster that is in the storm. The encounter would be rare, making it special ✨ Just thinking of chaotic waves while storming and there being a sea monster, it gives me chills

Hopefully one of the coming updates will be a nice and meaty Hunters Call update with new monsters/serpents and bounties for each!

Hopefully this is true cause we really need a new sea monster in the world to hunt us on our trips the Meg and kraken and getting abit old plus really easy to get rid of we need a challengeable monster

If they are making a new sea mondter then they could AT LEAST START WITH A GIANT CRAB. I WANT A CRAB BOSS

The hungering deep was the best experience I ever had on SOT. First time people actually worked together and didn't shoot on site. I remember logging on as soon as it came out and working out all of the clues with 5 other sloops, all sailing in formation island to island together. At the end we fought the meg (really under prepared) and he had sank all of our vessels but one. There was 10 of us on one sloop doing constant repairs (staying safe) and the 2 owners of the sloop were firing. It took about an hour but we finally killed it, everyone was ecstatic. We went back to merricks spot on shark bait cove, drunk a load of ale, spewed on each other and took victory pictures.I still have them. None of the other updates ever gave that same experience.

I always thought that sea monster hunting could be a dope expansion to the hunters call

I just finished watching their "Journey of a Lifetime" Video and thought to myself that they need MORE Sea Monster's

falcore's style of making theories is basically make a lot of them (with some evidence) so that you maximize the probability of one being right and then you can say that you were right

something of note (that i think phuzzybond pointed out in a stream a few weeks ago), one of the tunnels under k-9 had gotten significantly wider, implying that something was moving through there. maybe thats where the ancient's secret temple will be, and that underwater tunnel is where the creature will emerge from in a future adventure

Imagine how awesome it would be, you are diving for PVP and see a tease of this new Sea titan in the distance. Far enough to see, but not close enough to know what it is. the amount of free promo and hype on socials will be through the roof.

This wouldn't really be an enemy you have to kill, but I would love a GIANT turtle that has an island on its back and goes around the map. They could also make it so you could harpon it to drag the ship along and make it not visible on the map so that people cant just go to it and when you stumble upon it, it is more of a special moment.

Well considering the various markings on various islands, there were apparently powerful animals at one point in the sea of thieves (unless they are actually representations of ancients like in the Brigsy stars adventure) from big boars to snakes to even crabs. While I can imagine the sea serpent being a sort of evolution of the snake as once revered as some sort of snake god, it would be fantastically interesting if we got more island bosses in the form of gigantic boars and crabs running around an island. Imagine a titanic crab bursting itself out of the sand before chasing you around the island at terrifying speeds, lobbing rocks at you before crab dancing atop the corpses of its defeated foes.

Could have like corrupted ancient merfolk using giant sea turtles with platforms and set up like the ship decks with barnacled cannons ect, come out of the water to defend the summing of the hydra. Would be cool as a new world event. Once you go through waves of them the Hyrda is summoned for a final showdown like in the Veil quests, but more like a Hunter's call version.

I always thought it'd be neat to trigger a sea creature fight by fishing. Would add an element of surprise to a feature most (myself not included 😂) find "dull". Imagine at random you're fishing, once you catch a fish a much bigger hungrier creature emerges. That alone may get folk to toss a bobber in the drink more often.

Rare devs also mentioned that the chest of fortune will change places every now and then, so maybe next season the chest won't be in fof anymore, but rather as a drop reward for killing the serpant! (If this serpant theory turns out to be true)

After the release of the season 8 i was saying to myself that after the pvp dream the only thing i need in sot is some new sea monsters, some new boss fights on the seas because i feel like the seas are so calm. However i think adding some new monsters to the sea of thieves is unavoidable, question is which season it will happen.

I would love to see an other version of the Megalodon or even the Kraken, that would looks like a reaper's heart version of them or even an artifact of legendary hunger. (You know since the reaper love to get their hands on some nice powerful stuff to control the sea, having their own meg to control, would be kinda a huge thing for them)

Waiiiiit....what if the hydra was what Merrick knew and the brotherhood was trying to get info on? They might be trying to release it into the Sea of Thieves to cause chaos.
