  • Whilst it is a ridiculously expensive product, it has been a game changer for me. I have really sensitive, rosacea skin and have struggled my entire life to even use moisturiser. With this product on my skin first as a protector, then I can use other moisturisers and even tretanoin. I wonder if is the silicon and glycerin that does the barrier protecting. It would be great to find a similar and cheaper product.

But have you tried it? hahahah. This has been my life saver. Many cheap products and not so cheap products ended up in the bin for me because my skin reacts badly to them. If I had tried clinique moisture surge earlier I wouldn't have wasted so much money. But like you, I was thinking, it cant be worth that price so I took so long to finally get a tub. For context, I have dry sensitive skin and most moisturisers for dry skin have creamy thick consistency which my skin hates. To be honest, it's not even that expensive in comparison to many other non drugstore products out there like bodyshop, khiels, fresh, origins, estee lauder, skii etc. Best thing about it is it doesn't have alcohol and fragrance which again what I notice my skin hates and it locks in serums and also smoothens the sticky texture that serums often leave. Worth every penny imo.

My skin is dry in the morning and during the day it gets oily and shinier. Since i started using this gel my skin is hydrated and not oily and shiny anymore all day and evening. It is a bit expensive but i like it a lot. And I do not have to use blotting paper

I used Clinique Moisture Surge for as long as it’s been created. I’m very sensitive and it seems to solve many problems for me. For instance I use retinol and use it as a top layer of a retinol sandwich. I use the DDM+ as the bottom layer of the retinol sandwich. I can get Rosecea with little pustules and this moisture surge calms the redness nor does it clog my pores.

In one part you said the fermented aloe was possibly around 5%. Later you said 0.5%. That’s a big difference. Which is it? Thanks.

is it necessary to damp skin before using ? I have tried this and it caused a huge acne flare up on my face and the same happened with Neutrogena hydro boost gel as well.
  • @claudiacaro624
hii! I have a question, is it non-comodogenic? thank you!!
  • @shashinigam3164
I have been using this product since ages and I am a big fan of it
  • I scanned it with Yuka and it indicated that the chemicals are bad so I took it back.

I am 49 and have been using Clinique for decades and my skin is great and I do not look my age. No skin recovery needed so please don’t spread that false news telling that person in the comment section, best of luck in skin recovery. Sounds like someone is paying you to speak negative against Clinique. Besides reading the ingredients it sounds like you did not actually TRY the skin care. You come off as very BIASED. You are also contradicting yourself in this so called review. I will not watch anymore of your videos.
