  • My feelings are if the try this again and either got not guilty or hung jury the state should be sued for legal costs and suffering.
  • So they can't prove she ran him down and can't prove someone else beat him to death. Why are we having a trial then. Either come up with some proof one way or the other or quit wasting the courts time. No idea how they got an indictment in the first place.
  • Personally the last person I want to hear from with regards to this case is Gayle King

The Massachusetts corrupt court system... oh brother😅
  • Framed, falsely accused by those who are supposed to protect citizens. INNOCENT.
  • Retrying the case is a waste of time. The same information and the same bias from those who did the investigation will be presented. The only difference this time is that prosecutors who looked the other way, now have to agree that Trooper Proctor was flawed and deficient in providing a fair and honest investigation. This to me falls in the category of reasonable doubt. When you doubt the system that represents justice, then justice itself, and not the defendant, is on trial. REF: Mark Fuhrman in the OJ Simpson Case. JUST SAYING...
  • Really?? Hassling the victims family??? What is wrong with the world???
  • If retried, should be different judge!!! Bev was highly biased against Karen
  • Hopefully the jury will find her guilty in the 2nd trial keep these drunks off the streets 😎🇺🇸
  • @scarecrow6741
She should tell everyone she supports biden, then that special judge steps in.
  • I think people are more interested in orange is the new Brandon and his freeze frame

NOW if she were President. She would be Free 😂.... just my opinion
  • Alcohol creates problems. Normally, when one officer gets a divorce or dies, there’s always another one right there trying to get with her, if they haven’t already. This is a tough one, but with the lead investigator info, it seems she may not be in the wrong.

Rumor has it ten to two in favor of guilty all 3 counts. They didn't fail by much it seems.
