Baldwin 2016 "there is no such thing as gun accidents" ...... Baldwin 2024 "it was an accident!"

I do not like the guy, don't think he is entertaining at all. I was thinking the whole thing was an accident, until he said it wasn't his job to check the gun. Yes yes it is. Any and all firearms are to be personally checked. He should have checked the pistol apon picking it up. Negligent homicide/manslaughter.

It would be hilarious if he went to prison and Trump gets off
  • I said three years ago the fault and blame lie with him. He had the gun. He shot the gun. He's Executive Producer on the movie. Multiple reasons why he is guilty, ultimately. The armorer is responsible to an extent, yes...but he cut costs, stressed the actors with the conditions, and he had multiple roles and not focusing on any of them solely, as should be done.
  • Well, if he spent the same amount of time taking gun safety classes and being properly educated as he did bad mouthing guns and people who own guns, maybe he wouldn't be 'staring down the barrel of this gun' now. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Baldwin must think people are stupid and easily manipulated in the Court of Public Opinion. The unfortunate reality is there is some truth to that belief. However, I can see through his bullsh*t. Baldwin: I look forward to my day in court. (Yeah, right.) (So much so, that I'm trying hard to weasel my way out of going to trial.)

    1) Live ammo is NEVER allowed on the set. That is the Armorer's fault, and she should get a lot more time than 18 months for manslaughter. 2) The "prop gun/real gun firing blank cartridges" needs to have a safety check by three people. The Armorer, The Actor and the Director/Producer. Baldwin is both the Actor and Executive Producer. So those two people are at fault for manslaughter. A life is worth a LOT more than 18 months. How about 18 years!!!

The problem Baldwin has is that he was a micro manager and he ran everything including bathroom breaks. He was rushing everyone to save money on his low budget straight to DVD home movie.

No one is above the law. Right?
  • @Matt-kg3ge
His needs to receive the same sentence that he gave her. And nothing else.

Can you really believe a actor telling the truth about something like this. They make a living portraying someone and put on a good show like he's trying to do here. He pulled the trigger playing around with a gun prop or not you don't play with guns like he did. Lock him up!!
  • I didn't know this was even a thing people could do...asking a judge to dismiss manslaughter charges? Is this common for privileged families?
