When the Ukrainians took out the 200 million radar array i kinda figured this was part of the planning for this strike. the fact that the alert was sounded after the first strike means they didn't have any early warning systems in position to detect incoming threats. Well played Ukraine, if that's the case. very sound, shrude bold tactical move.
