#1 "Value when Practiced" = "Listening with the intent of fully hearing and understanding" (When in conversations with others.) The "Salt Shaker" method has value. Giving our full attention to others and even to our "Self", and "that voice in our head", "that feeling in our stomach" This is a subject that is now on my "Focus List" ( ... that 1 or 2 subjects to Consciously practice into developing into Habit.)

Unfortunately I 've had no response from asking for a reading from Russo 😢 Looks like she's directed her gifts in other ways such as teaching instead of one on one or group sessions. I have all the clairs but clairaudiance is the most dominant (huge music lover) I also have mediumship abilities but was lacking boundaries in personal life so i decided to stop giving readings until i gave myself time to heal and reprogram old wounds physically mentally and emotionally. I had almost convinced myself from the place pf wounds that i wasn't worthy to do such a beautiful thing as mediumship but that's not true.
