Guys this 100% works! Tried it on my little brother 3 hours ago and he hasn't woken up since
  • Just starting boxing and feeling like my jabs were all wonky and not fluid at all. This was incredibly helpful. Respect Mike! Thank you for putting this info out there.

The fact that this man hits with such power and speed you can hear it through the camera is insane
  • @bluemarvelous
This guy could easily have played Blade, War Machine, Black Panther, Blue Marvel, Icon and had a Spawn Trilogy.. Hollywood severely underutilized him..
  • @ziweiyuan
This guy is 51 years old, people. Let that sink in.

I am 43 and have done multiple martial arts throughout my life. I am also a US Army Veteran. This is a great video and I am going to share it with my kids. For some reason if they watch in on YouTube they listen better than me trying to teach them. thank you and I hope that you have a great one.
  • I love how you speak with so much care and wisdom for the listener to absorb the right kind of knowledge. Your words remind me of how my grandfather used to advise me, to preserve longevity and always remember to be patient as a beginner. Thank you Michael Jai White.
  • This man is 51. Holy shit. Taking care of yourself physically and mentally can make a huge difference
  • This man motivates me. I lost my Uncle, my big brother, and my Grandma all in a 1 year span. This man really inspires me to NOT QUIT. Thank you Mr. White.

I’ve always punched pretty naturally well because I came up playing baseball. My dad always told my punch through the ball with your top hand. It’s almost, mechanical speaking, exactly like throwing a straight right. It’s all in the core and having active hips. Pretty cool to see it explained so well!
  • Tryna be a better person, a better man. You are an inspiration to me brother. A humble warrior

He's in his 50s and still in his prime. I'm trying to be like this dude when I get old

I started boxing/kick-boxing a couple months ago and this is a lot of new information. I will come back to this in the future to keep my technique in check, thanks a lot, MJW.

I've been waiting nearly 33 years of my life for this video. I've always hurt my wrist when punching and wondered what I was doing wrong.
  • Who else thinks he would have made a great Black Panther? No disrespect to Chadwick.

Bumped into Michael at Macy's in Downtown Seattle once. I recognized him but I wasn't sure from where. I asked him if he might be a classmate at UW where I was at the time. He said no and told me he was an actor. We chatted about stuff for a bit and went back to shopping. Very down to Earth, generous with his time, good vibes. He's the real deal.

Finding this video 4 years after the fact. You're a phenomenal educator alongside your athleticism.
