Paul Oak is a green woodworker based out of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, nestled in the beauty of the boreal forest near the magnificent Lake Superior. For the past seven years, he has been passionately honing his skills as a woodcarver and found a love for spoon carving. What began as a search for a hobby would quickly reconnect him with nature and blossom into a deep-rooted passion. Carving is not only his creative outlet but has also become a crucial tool in promoting mindfulness, relaxation, and improved mental health.
