Twenty-eight years later (2024) and this presentation still amazes me fully. With the due respect to all the other remarkable singers of that night, this is in my opinion the highest point of the concert. Joan Osborne was absurdly magnificent since the moment she smiled seconds before she started singing til she left stage. Even her hair swinging in the air contributed to make everything beyond perfect in this presentation. Once in a lifetime. Unforgettable.

There is nothing like this today... so much originality and perfection. The stuff today doesn't even come close...
  • She is so amazing. If everyone had listen to the entire album, instead of only One of Us, they would have been hear her depth. I love her voice so much, a lot of other people across the world do too. She is a marvel, and I love this particular version.

Proof that talent doesn't equal superstardom. Osborne has a voice that is practically perfect. No autotune or studio tricks.
  • Joan Osborne, Jewel, Sheryl Crow, Alanis Morrissette, Dolores O`Riordan, the Power Songwriters Womens in the Late 90`S. My heroes from Mexico...

I hate the word under rated but I have to use it here, Joan is not only gorgeous but utterly brilliant

I've heard her live twice. She's pitch perfect with a gorgeous combo of gravel , soul and range. I'm glad this under apprecfiated voice is recorded.

I consider Joan Osborne one of the Best Singers from the 90's, and she was Big then, maybe later she had a low profile but still made Beautiful Music. A Great Artist

Love this version, from that beautiful smile at the beginning it looks as if she is loving it too! Really talented lady who isn't afraid to walk to the beat of her own drum.
  • Joan puts most of the singers (male and female) to shame. She gets so much feeling into this song. Just love this lady

I have been looking for this song in this live version, for 10 years. Absolutely fantastic!

What a wonderful thing the tone of her voice is. It's great when it's clear, it's great when it cracks - she still has such total control of it and can make it do whatever she wants. It is audibly what the aroma of fresh coffee is to the sense of smell.
