Mrs. Ballard doesn't just treat the students well, she treats the staff well, praises them for their help, and good work. Awesome woman. She needs to give classes to American principals.

The teachers literally treat Daniel the bully better than they treat Shaun the victim. This is a prime example of schools not caring at all when a kid is bullied.
