There's isn't anyone who cooks on You Tube that interests me more than June; her enthusiasm and her ability to truly innovate makes me want to run to the kitchen, it's not just entertaining, she makes me want to try new things that I've never even heard of. I miss her when she's too busy to be on more often.
  • Just found out June is no longer at Delish and unsubscribed from this channel - June is the only reason why I watched Delish

Shout out to Zach for being a powerhouse long-form video editor, to Julia+ Marc for being the best producers, to Sarah for the beautiful graphics and Vineet for the lively animations, and Philip for being the cornerstone of the post team! 🌈💞🌹🥰🧁 Team work makes the dream work ✨✨✨

June is probably the only person I would watch for nearly an hour and a half solid! I’m not in to watching any thing else for long periods.
  • I CAN'T BELIEVE you let June go! 😭🥺😱 She's AMAZING, there's nothing like her anywhere else and to be honest? She's the only reason I've started follow your content. I already miss her ❤️❤️❤️
  • what Hearst did to June is unacceptable.. I will no longer be watching this channel. Look for the Business Insider article if you would like to learn more.

As a gardener my best guess on the cucumber is that it was a pickling variety, meant to stay small. Once cucumbers start to grow past their peak eating size they get more bitter as they focus their energy towards seed production. I too, have had the experience of “why is this so bitter!?” I’m sorry you had to subject your taste buds to that, June 😂

Three cheers for Aaron for putting himself out there for our entertainment!
  • To remove the bitternes of the cucumber, you need to cover it with salt, for at least 40 mins, and then rinse it, it removes the vast mayority of bitternes
  • I love how most people would have turned this into a gag or Chopped giving the most random ingredients, but Aaron was intentionally looking for ingredients or things that he thought June could use because he knows her well

Please keep these episodes in June’s kitchen. I love June in her own element. The setting is so great. It adds authenticity and depth to the viewing experience. Delish kitchen experience is very watered down.

Is anyone else deeply upset that June didn't have onions, and a sleeve of garlic to work with? But yet again, June has wowed me with her creativity, and seemingly unending skill.

June is the only person on YT I’d watch for 90 minutes… and wish there were more. Can’t wait to see your new kitchen!
  • I hope this doesn't sound weird, but June looks a lot happier in this video and I'm excited to see it. In past videos, it seemed like the burnout was real. Which is fine and normal. I just really hope she found some balance and got a good break in there and maybe a nice vacation. ❤
  • I liked Aaron and June interraction in these series and I will miss him. I wish both of you a happy life.

We will miss you June! Unsubbing from delish now

Aaron being a genuine, active football fan is one of the most unexpected things about this episode.
  • The things I've learned from Jun: process your produce as soon as you get home if you can, taste everything and go with your instincts, save your meal odds and ends for toppings or "take two"s, and that's just in this episode.
  • I love June, her manner, the creative frugality and what might be Aaron's donning of a gold chain (an ironically donned one)?
