Aggressive driving is defined by a Florida statute and there are several layers to it.

You should keep your videos to under 10 minutes each. You could have divided this video in two. Also, reading the statute is almost like calling customer service, and they read everything from their prompts. If you ask them a question and they don’t have anything in their prompts to answer they normally hang up on you. There are a lot of factors that go into what you are calling aggressive driving. As an example, a pregnant woman whose water has broken is going to drive aggressively as she is panicking and needs to get to the hospital immediately. Doesn’t make her an aggressive driver just because that one day she had an emergency. Another great example, if a police officer drives by me going 75 mph in a 45 mph zone without their lights on and I speed up to try and catch up to him / her to get their license plate number/unit number that doesn’t make me an aggressive driver. That makes me a concerned overtaxed citizen. So my question to you, Officer is how many police cars have you pulled over for speeding/illegal maneuvers/erratic driving/taking a red light/ being on their cell phone/ etc…? I see this every single day in the Orlando area. Cops messing around on their phones or on their computer probably watching porn (we’re all human here), going way over speed limit, cutting cars off, illegally, parked in shopping centers, or at the courthouse, etc…. I am not trying to bash you, I am just trying to humanize you. It seems you are thinking inside the box and you need to step outside the box and maybe do your job as it was intended. To protect, and to serve the public. You are a public servant. You are to protect the public from anyone trying to cause it harm, including any other police officers. First thing about being a cop is being a human being. 90% of cops stop being human the moment they get the badge and they feel that they are above the law. Remember, you accomplish more with kindness, and awareness! Sometimes when you play by the book, you die by the book. Stay cool brother 😁

I moved here recently from California and I feel there are more maniacs on the road here than back there. I see aggressive and reckless drivers here all the time.
