Welcome back to my channel, where today I’ll be reacting to Enes Yilmazer’s latest Beverly Hills mansion tour. Enes Yilmazer took us through a stunning $68 million mansion in the heart of Beverly Hills, hyping up its grandeur and luxury without mentioning any flaws. In this detailed reaction video, I’ll take you through Enes Yilmazer’s Beverly Hills mansion tour again, but this time, highlighting all the aspects he missed and discussing why this Beverly Hills property hasn't sold yet.

Enes Yilmazer’s portrayal of the Beverly Hills mansion was filled with enthusiasm; however, he overlooked several critical elements that could deter potential buyers. Throughout my video, I address these flaws that Enes Yilmazer did not discuss during his Beverly Hills mansion tour. Moreover, the infamous history associated with this Beverly Hills mansion, tied to Sharon Tate and Charles Manson, casts a long shadow over its legacy. Despite its luxury, the tragic events involving Sharon Tate by Charles Manson’s followers 50 years ago are a significant part of its history. • Well, I am going to be brutally honest... Is it wrong to want more content from you? I have been binging your channel and I am absolutely enjoying your reactions twice a week. However, I am having withdrawal symptoms after each video is over. I think your insight and knowledge really shapes why we like looking at houses so much, you expand our imagination and our ability to visualize a place with people, events, activities, reactions, etc. Enes' videos are excellent because they have great cinematography and he is thorough, he actually shows a lot of the houses fluidly. But I must say that I have not found a single real estate youtuber that provides as much valuable information as you. Thanks for the tea man, really appreciated!

The house was built on the site of Sharon Tate’s home. The only piece that was original to that home was part of the garage wall. I worked on this house as an interior designer when it was under construction about 29 years ago, I have to admit, even in Broad daylight on the job site there was a strange vibe. Originally it was to be a country French style architecture, but there were many changes while it was under construction, which explains what you see here. I had not thought about this place until I came across it today on your channel.

I watched this guy for years because he's pretty much the only one consistently touring these ultra-expensive mansions but it was always hard to listen to his salesman-enthusiasm while walking through some hideous "modern mansions". Thank you so much for taking these videos apart and saying so much stuff I never knew to verbalise (although you're still being civil). Watching these things after all these years is better than crack. Please keep going with this.
  • The more I watch these, the more I realize these super rich home tours aren't worth anything. Buying the most expensive home in the world will not buy me happiness, and no shade to Arvin, but constantly worrying about what is and what isn't going to add value to my house isn't going to make me happy either. I don't have to value what other people would pay an arm and a leg for; just make a home for yourself and your family.

Your channel is super underrated man, I love how you don't sugar coat things and how you keep it real. keep up with the editing, uploading more frequently, and you'll blow up in no time bro 🔥
  • @paulzaras3819
To put it in the most simplistic of terms, Enes and other similar YT creators represent the sellers, while @Arvinhaddad represents the buyers. Both points of view are needed.
  • @stanlee3619
Enes: "Here, you have these architectural chalk outlines on the floor that are very unique, and add to the fame of this site. Mikey, can you pan down to them?" Mikey: "I keep telling you when you're looking up or down, it's tilting, not panning." Enes: "When I mysteriously get rid of you, you will have plenty of time to discuss that with everyone."
  • @kyoak957
we needed these types of videos a long time ago.
  • @yasserdjabri1440
Maaan I was confused about the architectural style of this property. And I felt relief once you commented.🎉😂
  • @TheKittyHenry95
Keep up with the video bro, I like watching these more than the original pitchman house tours.
  • @Yet1moreUtuber
Speaking from experience, those large sliding glass doors (walls) are nothing more then a selling gimmick. We personally found them impractical . Love your reviews, points I never thought of.
  • @pokerpariah
The builder should’ve lobbied to have the street name changed. Anytime anyone googles Cielo Dr the Sharon Tate murders come up. If I was the builder for a house that expensive, I would’ve made the effort to change the street name.
  • @lunachick7549
Trent Reznor recorded NIN's "The Downward Spiral" on this property, but it was in the original Tate House, which was torn down shortly after the album was recorded.

Another fantastic video Arvin, I've been binge watching your vids since I stumbled across your channel a week ago. I love watching Enes videos and take them for what they are: promotional videos. You on the other hand provide a warts and all review of those properties; it's informative and eye opening even for a construction manager like me who has built mansions and commercial buildings throughout my career. I love your proposed solutions to the layout, and I concur with your $10-$20m price tag to refurbish this property and bring it up to market expectations. Your review was very fair and balanced, and a must watch for anyone interested in real estate and property development. I look forward to watching this channel gain more traction.

These series are the best man, dont stop making them also I would like to see you react to the "The One" video by Enes. I know its obvious why no one wants that mansion, but I would like to see you critique it and give your thoughts on how much it is worth.
  • @ipadasher
Almost at 10k subscribers Arvin. Let'S go!!!!!
  • @cookiedais
Another really fascinating video , however due to the horrific circumstances surrounding the brutal murders that occurred on the site , I could not even live in that property for free ! I could feel my blood running cold when going down to the creepy games room / corridor area . Plus I would not want to encounter the odd ghoulish murder mystery tour or photo collectors when driving the surrounding streets .
  • @Sasha315
Imagine at night, looking at the end of the long hallway, and seeing ghost of murdered women going across.
  • @Bribriblibliblu
I am originally from Andalusia, and well, the house has some resemblance to Andalusian architecture, but I would not say it is Andalusian architecture whatsoever. It looks to me like a mix of different styles in the American way.
  • @jaimejames13
I live in a tiny, below-market-rate, rent-controlled junior 1-BR in SF and don't know much about real estate, but before you comment on them, I frequently notice many of the flaws you point out in your videos. Yeah, the architecture is all over the place with too many cultural influences. Regarding the newness of this mansion, I saw it in a paranormal video while it was still under construction, where YouTubers were investigating the nearby Oman house, which is renowned for being extremely haunted. Supposedly, the nearby residents also encounter a lot of paranormal activity. BTW, I always thought Enes came across as a used car salesman in his videos, and it's great how you put him on blast.
