Trawl Gear performance filmed with CatchCam camera for Commercial Fishing

By monitoring trawl gear, CatchCam cameras can help fishers improve the efficiency of their commercial fishing operations.
The underwater footage above on from a fishing trip in the North Sea, where skipper Shaun Doran used the CatchCam camera to monitor how the trawl gear performance underwater. More specifically, he attached the underwater fishing camera to the top wing of the trawl net to observe hoppers performance underwater. Watch how the hoppers 'bounce' easily when confronted with large boulders!
