I didn't about caltech before I watched the big bang theory, in asia caltech isn't that famous like harvard or MIT, but after searching and reading many forums, now I know that caltech is an amazing university, specially in science, math and engineering program.

Seems pretty cool. Keeps those introverts from getting lost at school. The beds seem a little too close for my liking but to each is own.

Caltech may be a great school, but I have seen prisons more aesthetically pleasing.

Love that Charlotte sectional on Karsyn's wall. Awesome to earn a PPL while a Tech undergrad. Nice video. The place has evolved somewhat since I got out in '76 (Blacker). Finally found time for pilot license in '82. Still flying!

Haha I had such a wrong impression about the Caltech student. I pictured an orderly and all-white house with minimalist design and everything in place. Everyone sitting in the table with posture and formal clothing. It's funny to see how unlike that it actually is.

Caltech moving to Malibu. When I was there in the early 70's I heard rumor (later confirmed) that a developer offered the land where Pepperdine U is, to Caltech & Hughes Research Center. The idea was to create a "Silicone Beach" or "Punched Cards beach then" in Malibu. The faculty voted down. Too bad... the view from Pepperdine is simply breath taking.
