If you want extra space for no reason, you can plant stuff in the middle area around the house, its free, just doesn't have preset options. Could extend your melon plot in the back into the middle area by like 25 blocks if you really wanted too. :)

Just a reminder that all of this is just what I learned from one day of messing around in the Garden. I'm still working on building up and perfecting my farms so if you want to check that out, I've just opened my garden to guests (/visit aeprovv), so feel free to visit me, look around, and ask any questions you might have if I'm there :) The mod that makes the crop hitboxes larger is called Patcher.

It feels like the crops grow regardless of the time of day (at least now). I used F3 and even during nighttime the Light Level everywhere (that didn't have a roof) was a constant 15, so I think you don't need a day saver.

you can stack plots up to 9 time and make a preset but you have to plant the crops yourself

Thanks! This is a great design, but how can I make layers of this? Should i use glowstone as the base of the water in second floor so crops receive light even during night?

Hey man, I am a newer Ironman player and hate the cobblestone sides, "but" I also done have replenish nor delicate. So i'm sure you can pickup what I'm putting down. Please make a tutorial on how the save present works so i can have the better looking farm, with the ability of using the Desk to place my seeds without it resetting my changes. I don't know if I'm doing it wrong but my presents are broken. Greatly Appreciated if you do make a video!

hello, can i ask why are you wheat hitboxes like a whole block ? my wheat hitboxes are smaller then a slab block so i cant hit all 4 of them. any tips how to fix or something

I think I just don't understand the ruler at all because all it is doing is acting like the builders wand. How do you get it to place or replace blocks?
