Pasta Fagioli is one of my favourite meals. I’ve made big pots for guests before and no one goes hungry, that’s for sure. I always keep my Parmesan rinds in the freezer for future use. It’s like a bay leaf - it adds something like depth to the soup.
  • i already know how to make this, but watched anyway because papa gennaro is the man. 😁👍
  • Thank you for showing people how to use everything they have. It's better for the environment and less running up and down to the shops. Grazie!

My dad used to make this soup. I completely forgot about it. My dad always reminded me that his mom used to make it for him. It made me cry and I don't know why. Thank you.
  • Saludos desde México, descubrí esté canal, encontré nuevas recetas de preparar la pasta, además de que son cosas que también comemos en México aunque de distintas maneras y está receta es deliciosa gracias

Such a nice home-y vibe from this recipe! I also use everything from the parmigiano. So tasty and so easy to make since it's one pot!
