I have been exploring the beautiful countryside and small villages of rural Suffolk and by chance happened across this fourteenth-century Church called St Peter and Paul's. Composer Benjamin Britten is buried here in the Church grounds. I discover a beautiful Steinway Grand Piano in the church.

Terry, thank you for the beautiful rendition and for making cry at work, that was my mother's and grandfather's favorite song and I miss them so much I can't stand being without them. No matter how old you are and whether your a man or woman, sometimes life's stresses build up and you have to let it out. Gone are the days of piling in the old car and going to the grandparent's house and spending a wonderful couple of weeks with all the aunts, uncles and cousins, gone are the wonderful sounds and the fantastic smells of the cooking of Christmas dinners, gone are the smiling faces, giggles and laughter in their house. Now it's buy this, buy that , hurry, hurry , hurry, no time to stop, no time to think.... I miss the good old slow days of youth and happiness and family long gone.

How Great Thou Art was my Mum's favorite hymn... thank you so much!
  • What a magnificent church, and a touching arrangement of “How Great Thou Art.”. That piano has the most wonderful mellow tone. Thanks Terry. So enjoyed it!

There is not a more enjoyable channel, a better pianist/organ player, and a more enjoyable person to watch with wonderful music! Do more church searches please!
