  • Pål, as someone who can speak, read, and write Norwegian, and has visited Norway more than 40 times, I loved this video. I have been to most of the spots you featured, but you educated me further and I learned about a couple places I have to visit the next time I am in Oslo. Norway has a unique, layered, and complex history and culture, and it's important to preserve and value it. I can see that you love your culture and it's refreshing to see.

i will go to Oslo nextweek and I will follow you. Thanks from Thailand
  • @jakqup
Now i love Oslo even more.
  • @ShaneBoy
I am from Oslo and some of these I did not even know about
  • THanks for revealing hidden gems! I was usually passing by the mentioned kiosk, now I see it's definately a good point to drop by!
  • @Kulumuli
I lived in Oslo for 13 years and I've been at these places except for the Munch scream viewpoint and Vettakollen. I've been around Nordmarka and Østmarka on skis on bike and by foot. My 'secret' is not a place but about timing. In the summer I've often driven to Huk after work. at 17pm there are few people there but the water in the fjord is still nice and warm. It's a lovely place to go walking or jogging even if the temperature is low.

Really interesting video! Thanks for your sharing. 🥰 I really want to try the traditional hot dog in Oslo.

I've been to Norway once, and I'm thinking of heading there again for my honeymoon. Very happy to find your channel, keep the videos coming! You've got yourself another sub! :)
  • @Catsandcamera
I went on a longer hike around that area last time I was in Oslo. Starting with a walk through Roseslottet, then wandering around and up for hours until I got to the Vettakollen view point, then on the way down I stopped at Sognsvann. Absolutely wonderful day!

Thanks Pal for the easy going videos on Norway travels. Am planning a trip with my wife this winter to Oslo, Bergen, and the coastal cruise. Looking forward to check out the items you have shared 😁🤗😍
  • @SacramentoLisa
Great video! We've been to quite a few of these, but some of them, like the Vigeland Mausoleum and Vettakollen hike, were new to us, and we can't wait to experience them the next time we're in Oslo.
  • @AminSani
I saw you in Hovedøya 😊 Thanks for all useful information you share with us
  • @TIMWHY2
Glad to see some Hotdog love! My favorite Dawgs here are Nathan's bun length. Insides and toppings, brown mustard & onions and on top beanless chili and coleslaw, so good!
  • @alrush1234
Thank you, very appealing things to visit. One day hopefully. Best regards.
  • @LukasKlein
Loved this one! Would love you showing us other towns too! I'll be a tour guide in Ålesund from May, still working on my secret tipps hehe.
