A lot of people like memory pads. They always think of how it puts your thumb where it needs to be for recoil. And how it tells where to put your finger for keeping it off the trigger. Here's another added benefit. Point sighting. Pointing with your finger is one of the most natural, intuitive, instinctive actions that we can do. Point your finger at something. You're usually on target, or very close to it. Now, when you're drawing, or coming out of the holster, where is your finger supposed to be? Pointing in line with the barrel. Point aiming. Practice, it's a valuable skill folks. 👍

The trigger in the Hellcat allows more room for a gloved finger.

Yoo this is one of the best comparisons videos I’ve seen. That being said I’ve watched like two hundred videos!
  • Looking forward to this series of videos. Not a bad idea to refinish the slide. Fyi, if it does rust, its usually around the sights.

Good comparison, you highlighted things no one ever mentions. Leaning towards HC pro for my first pew pew🤙🏻

Love my P365XL. I upgraded mine with Wilson Combat Grip with tungston weights and Holosun 407K.

Carrying a FN 509 MRD compact with a RMR and Speer gold dot ammo currently but am looking at picking up a HC Pro here shortly. Seems to be a nice carry option.

I have both of these. The Sig is nice, but when the weather gets hot (southern AZ) and my Glock 32 is too large to easily conceal under just a T shirt, I grab the Hellcat Pro. To me, the trigger feels similar to my Glocks. It has been 100% reliable with every type of ammo that I have run through it including Underwood +P ultimate defender. And the U notch rear sight is very easy and fast for my eyes to find & shoot accurately (at the range). And hand size groups under very quick times are easy. SA has a winner with the Pro.

3 of 7 Project YouTube channel, Chadd Wright, likes the Springfield Armory 9mm Hellcat Pro for carry. Chadd is a Navy SEAL Veteran.

Good comparison. I’m a recent convert to the P365. I like the modularity concept but think I’m going to acquire an XL or Macro also just because…. Then when I got a couple of FCUs I’ll play with the modularity. I have a couple of holsters; a Safariland ALS paddle for ranges that prefer sting side OWB for training and a JM Custom Kydex for everything else.

I always love seeing those hex grips on that 365, when you bring it out. 😁
  • I'm in Commifornia, deciding between P365 vs Hellcat Pro.. My usual carry is P320 m18, Glock19 & PX4 with Hornady Self defense rounds. Holsters are Rounded concealment, T.Rex & We the People.

I'll grant you the the brand preferences, no problem there, also you clearly have way more experience than many people on your channel, Including me (I'm a relatively new shooter, only about 3.5 years) I do get the point you're making on this video but I guess I don't get the idea of comparing one gun, (heavily modified) to another, it seems unproductive I guess. Now mind you, I'm not against molding a gun, just doing it in a comparison of two guns is not really a comparison. Now if you compared the modded one to a stock model of the same brand, that would be great (more beneficial) to viewers, I think. One last thing, I was shooting today with a buddy at his farm, I took both of my Sigs, a X-Ten and a P938, both had about 250 - 300 rounds threw them, all FMJ. Flat nose threw the X-Ten, round nose threw the P938., so today I used hollow points for the first time in each gun, Federal 115 JHP in the P938 and Fiocchi Defense Dynamics 180 jhp threw the X-Ten. Zero issues with either pistol. The interesting part was loading the first round in each chamber, I used the slide release in both guns and they both nose dived on that round only so I ejected, reloaded and "slingshoted" each and they chambered perfectly! After that they both ran perfectly. Neither pistol was cleaned after the last range trip about 2 weeks ago, I just made sure the both had lube. Sorry for the long comment but I get a bit long winded after a adult beverage I guess. Anyway when you showed the "double feed ramp" on the Hellcat I had to comment! Great video, thanks for sharing! 👍👍

Will you be doing a SigP320 subcompact in .357Sig? I would love to see that in your comparison videos.
  • P365 and Hellcat in California soon. Some of the first guns added in 10 years to that states unconstitutional gun roster.
  • @farhan.naushad
Based on reliability record and the value for your money, HC Pro is miles ahead of anything Sig can offer, ever.
  • @NateBiggsby
I carrying a 43x with Overwatch precision FALX trigger, Holosun 407k, Zaffiri Precision barrel, tyrant cnc magwell & plus 4 mag extension. I love it, shoots flat for me and super reliable.
