Maybe everything will be ok for us after all... whenever I see such a wide variety of age, racial heritage, gender, big, small, the short and the tall, moving in unison while singing “we are marching in the light of God” and flashing a huge smile that comes from down in the core somewhere, I know that must tug at God’s heartstrings, and possibly help compel Him to have mercy on us, one more time, mercy we don’t deserve.

I have fond memories of singing this in my high school choir

J'adore le chef de chœur! Il l'a, l'affaire! Quel dynamisme! Et les choristes sont tellement bons! BRAVO! 💕
-
Primary School, we'd sing this in morning assembly heading to our classrooms. Thank you for sharing.

If you ever need to know what pure joy means, watch and listen to this spiritual masterpiece.

Achei !

Great to see all races sing together. This is the SA that we should uphold!! One SA undivided by colour, race, status, age, gender, religion just one integral SA!!

Is it possible to love totally strangers you just see on YouTube?? Everytime I see the Angel City Chorale I feel only love for all these beautiful and lovely people. Thank you for sharing all these wonderful pieces with us! <3

This is joyous. We briefly had an African minister at the church I grew up in (he returned home in short order once his wife had experienced the temperatures of northern England) - he taught us this song one Sunday morning. Not sure our performance would measure up to his effort though! However 30 years later I still remember it so he must have made an impression.

¡¡MARAVILLOSO!!

Merci Violaine!

Reminds me so much of the great music from "Graceland" with Paul Simon, Lady Smith Black Mambazo, Miriam Makeba, Hugh Masakela.... Wow! Gorgeous.
