Unfortunately, I was introduced to her excesses courtesy of the press before listening to her music 😢 One of a kind; if I even could explain the music, kind of a funk/jazz/torch singing. She sizzles and I'm certainly sorry she passed. New fan here 👍

Escucho a Amy e inevitablemente me da melancolía, es que me cuesta muchísimo entender que se haya perdido una artista tan grande por negligencia de quiénes tenían que cuidar de ella. La voy a amar siempre, hoy escuchándola desde la cuenta de mi trabajo. Ojalá algún día aparezca alguien que cante un genero similar con tanta belleza como ella.

This song is my mentality embodied. Pushed to your limits , escaping the trauma and disarray. Transported to a place of my own through music and nature. . . Releasing every emotion and feeling through vocal release ! No bigotry , no defamation or degradation to reach a higher rating just existing. Stringing her words to paper and spinning them into magic !!!
