Let's Do the Daniel Fast (Day 0)

Hi guys I hope to start a Daniel fast tomorrow and work on myself and battle lusts temptations and defeat my flesh once and for all and pray for absolute celibacy until Marriage and pray to remain chaste and obedient to the Lord. I also hope this helps restore my sleep and dopamine levels back to healthy levels from eating nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. Any prayers for strength would be greatly appreciated. The goal is to begin this fast this evening after my Bible study.

Ok you inspired me! It’s time. I believe for the purpose He has for me cleanliness of body and mind will help. Thank you for letting God use you. I bind up the spirit of lust on you and cast it out!
