    Long story short, lower your sugar and carbs intake, fast intermittently if you can (skip breakfast maybe) and avoid snacks in between meals. Workout more, stay hydrated, eat more healthy fats, sleep well and try to stay happy.

    Had very high cholesterol was having it tested every 3 months. Doctor prescribed statins I decided not to take the statins because of the side effects coincidentally added garlic to my diet during that time frame... went back for the test my cholesterol was completely normal . My doctor said I'm so glad to see you're taking your statins they are working wonderfully. I told him I never took the statins he was so intrigued he went on his tablet to find garlic studies for cholesterol he said -there is little evidence that garlic works to lower cholesterol. But I was sitting right in front of him -that was probably 15 years ago.

    I've been chopping 2-3 cloves of RAW garlic everyday for the last 2 years. My Blood Pressure prior, was around 138 or 92. After a couple of months my blood pressure went down to 111 or 70. Also since taking it I haven't gotten any sicknesses such as the flu or a cold. I give a spoon full of RAW chopped garlic to my wife and two children atleast 4 times a week. They went for a visit to the Philippines with a bunch of family members. Once they arrived in the Philippines everybody in the group got food poisoning except my family; I read that Raw Garlic kills the bacteria from the degraded food in the stomach, stopping you from getting sick. After that incident all of my extended family members have started eating Raw Garlic weekly. If you rub a sliced piece of garlic onto acne, in a few days it will dry up and disappear. I had a tooth cavity and rubbed garlic on it and the pain went away. If you rub sliced garlic onto your mouth gums it will eliminate gingivitis without medication. One other major benefit of eating RAW Uncooked Garlic is mosquitoes won't bite you. The mosquitoes smell the garlic in on your skin and are repulsed by the smell and taste, I'm speaking from experience. The list of benefits from garlic goes on and on. WHAT TO DO: Chop up 2-3 cloves of RAW Garlic on a plate, let it sit for 15 minutes so the chemicals in the garlic mix ( the chemical mixing is the secret ). Then take a spoon and swallow the RAW Garlic with a spoon and a glass of water ( don't chew it or you'll have horrendous breath ). Do this 4-5 days a week and you'll immediately start seeing the Health benefits. Remember for acne elimination you have to apply it externally. God Bless.

    Interesting video doctor... Since all inflammation is caused by something, wouldn’t it be better to lower inflammation by eating a proper human diet, rather than take pills?

    The medical advice starts at 9 minutes 50 seconds in. He took omega 3 in the form of eating more salmon, he took daily niacin (thats vitamin B3), he started taking ramipril, which was the big game changer for him in this, and started taking statins, at 5mg daily, even though there are side effects with statins.

    I had more frequent chest pains. I also had more frequent mini strokes that affected my vision. It was getting more and more frequent and I knew I was about to die. I stopped eating for 5 days, out of fear, and water fasted. After only 5 days my chest pains were gone and my mini strokes were gone. A year later still gone. Later I water fasted with electrolytes for 11 days. I knew it was okay since I had fat on my body for my body to pull from. I am certain now there is something to be said for fasting and it's affects on allowing your own body to heal itself. I didn't have to take any drugs or add supplements to make this happen. I simply stopped eating (fasted).

  • I'm 78. My heart arteries are plugged all the way down to the capillaries, 70% in one and 85 to 90% in the other two. I had angina with not much activity. I am taking rosuvastatin, currently 20 mg daily. The statin didn't appear to be improving my condition. I started taking Vitamin K2 MK7 100mcg daily. Within 2 weeks I noticed I could be more active without angina. After several months after watching Dr. Berg's video where he recommended if you have plugged arteries to take 100mcg 4 times daily I started taking 4. I am slowly getting more and more active without angina pains. I highly recommend everybody to take Vitamin K2 MK7. I don't know what the best brand is but I'm taking Doctor's Best brand.

    Very glad to hear about your success with reversing arterial stiffness. One question and one comment. Is the buildup of plaque the only thing that causes arterial stiffness? Diagnosed in 2019 with hypertension I got a carotid duplex scan, in 2021, which showed plaque in my left carotid artery: a stenosis of 60-79%, right at the edge of surgery. Plaque in the right was 0-39%. So I changed my diet to Keto [Oct 1, 2021] on which I lost, effortlessly, 20lbs of abdominal fat. I evolved to a Carnivore diet for its simplicity. Two years later and another Duplex scan and the plaque in my left carotid artery was 0-39%. Time is coming up for another scan and I'm eager to see the results, today, at age 76.

    Cholesterol is NOT the problem !!! Its inflammation . Cholesterol is trying to repair ur artery !
