How I deal with self-doubt (motivational, kind of…)

Published 2023-03-13
Partially the reason why I haven’t been making videos as often as I used to. Sometimes it’s alright to be vulnerable here, and this is one of those times, I think. Maybe you might get something of value from this? Also I realize that this video is slightly outdated, but hey, I’m still dealing with exhaustion. Eh, don’t worry about me, I’ll work it out somehow.

I love your account!! I recently been experiencing the most crazy problems and i completely forgot how to resolve problems without panicking, or obssesively trying to resolve everyone else problems. Your videos had been really useful this week <3
  • Was having a conversation about this the other day Office jobs are kind of terrible, because even if they pay you enough to live a pretty decent life, the lack of transparent meaning is such a energy drain A garbage collector never has to question the value their action has to society neither does a nurse or a librarian These jobs inherently add value that is easy to grasp which makes you more motivated to do them But personally when i do frankly unappealing work, i like to consider i am doing a sort of role-play challenge "Can i be he perfect office joe number 1?" Master of logistics with perfect servicemindedness or the origin of order or some other extremely loosely related concept that is compatible with the work When i did outdoors activities that were challenging, i imagined myself a soldier returning home through a tough terrain, or a survivalist practicing their art

Glad to see you again! I related to this video, monotonous daily work sucks the life out of us. I really needed to hear the second half because it made me realize that we can all try to take steps to improve our lives. I know that there's other people out there who also need to hear this, and I'm very grateful for your video ❤️

FWIW, you were a big influence for my ISFJ blog. And you’re kind of a role model in that way, at least to me!
  • Hello there mate! While I haven't experinced a lot of the stuff you talked about on this video I certaintly feel you. There is a lot of stuff I wish I could do right now but the routine in my life doesn't allow me to. Lately though I have a lot more freedom in my day-to-day schedule and for the most part I try to do something with it! I wish for you the same. Signore's speach did also motivate me a bit, so thanks for that😁Always remember that your oasis is here for you. Take as much time as you need for the next upload❤

Ohhh hello there mister! Missed your videos! It’s ok to take a break if you feel like it, but know that that we will always be here for you, waiting patiently. Just respect your boundaries and do what’s best for you, this too shall pass :3 (and free croissants?? Really??? Kinda jealous rn…)

I've experienced more or less the same kind of things during the last few months. But knowing now that I'm not the only one who is struggling makes me feel understood and relieved. Thanks for that. And always take your time. Your well-being is the most important thing right now.

This topic really hits home for me. Not because I work at an office job or anything - I'm hardly an adult (19), so I haven't had a proper job yet. And while that means I have a little bit more time to figure it out, it's still scary not knowing what exactly I wanna do or if it's the right choice. Especially when the thing you want most also takes the most amount of work. and yeah, sometimes you'll doubt yourself, unsure if you can take the work, but with the right perspective and support you'll figure it out! :D or at least I hope... Anyway loved your video as always, glad to be part of the club! ^w^
