I feel like Rodney is smiling down on his baby boy. The absolute strength of his momma is astounding. I know how it feels to suddenly be a single parent and she’s handling business. Has all of my votes.

Gosh! You can tell how hard it is for him to sing this song yet he sang it beautifully when he auditioned. The strength of this young man!!!

Iam is amazing. I am an old woman who cannot get enough of his angelic voice. How he can even sing this with his family around him is impossible. He needed his mother to calm him. It was beautiful and the whole song. He has all of my votes!

This is the best and saddest song I ever heard. It made me cry and tore my heart away. Iam deserves to be the next American Idol. I never heard a song that made me cry like that.

wow amazing experience, His father's passing actually catapulted his son Iam into national spotlight with "monsters" song. It was God ordained, He took Iam's father home to glory and God used it also give Iam a voice with loving emotion that has touched the hearts of millions. God is good and His mercy endures forever
