Juliana, Follicular Lymphoma Survivor | Stories of Hope

Published 2020-02-27
"I can see that there's hope. I can see that there's an organization that's making a big impact in a disease that has affected my life."

When Juliana was diagnosed with follicular lymphoma, she was overwhelmed with the thought of having cancer--especially as a young adult. After finding the Lymphoma Research Foundation, she connected with other young adults, received peer support and the knowledge she needed to be her own health advocate.

The Lymphoma Research Foundation is the nation's largest non-profit organization devoted to funding innovative research and providing people with lymphoma and healthcare professionals with up-to-date information about this type of cancer.

  • I've been fighting Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma for 15 years. I've had chemo, radiation,CHOP, Rotuxamin,Budabistene and gamma globbing treatments. This attacks the lymphatic system and is inoperable. It doesn't stay in remission very long. I'm currently in treatment.
