He might not be the brightest but no one calls a person in to take pictures and then kills them then leaves the car on the property. The kids confession was sketchy as hell "lets correct some bits"? "i stabbed her in the chest" "when he shot her i looked away" So a kid capable of stabbing someone at point blank range then had an issue seeing her shot yeah right. The key is bogus as hell they shouldn't have been in the scene yet find the key 6 days after no one else could despite multiple searches. The syringe droplet doesn't mean anything they could have just removed the stopper to get some blood out. He has a car crusher and considers it yet doesn't because of DNA yet chooses not to crush just the car. Why would he even bother putting her in the car if he always thinks the best way to destroy a body is burn it. Instead of crushing the car I'm going to leave it in the yard. I'm going to clean up the kill scene but make no attempt to clean the the car? This is not proven beyond a reasonable doubt. f they planted the key its likely they planted the car

‘Making A Murderer’ is about more than Avery and Dassey’s guilt or innocence, because the injustices the series suggest are hardly unique. It looks to me that the criminal justice system in the US, as a human system, is inevitably flawed.

Really feel bad for Teresa but not a single part of me believes Steven and Brendan did it, Bobby, yeah
  • @Brembelia
In Brendan's interrogation, as he was recounting "things that only the killers would know," Brendan was using word(s) like "probably" and saying, "and things like that." Vague. Very vague words as if fishing around for what to say. He could have been pulling from other innocent experiences with paint thinner and bleach. Since when does anybody use bleach to burn a body or paint thinner to clean up blood? Is it possible that the police doctored the scene to fit with Brendan's story? Don't forget, there was 36 million dollars in play. They settled with him for 400k to pay his lawyers, leaving a net zero. What rubbish. They will do anything to make sure they get it all. They should have paid up, and then let's see if Halbacher goes missing. I saw the police interrogation tapes (the whole of which are not being included here,) and the police were laser focused on getting a certain narrative from Brendan. Their questioning was definitely leading. It was awful.

I don't understand how, in concern with the first trial with Penny, they stated that Avery's IQ was very low and couldn't possibly be able to scheme his way out of a paper bag. Yet for Teresa, he's this monster that had the ability to scheme up the entire crime from start to finish. Which one is it? Is he intellectually below average or not? Why would the car keys fall so far from the back of the cupboard? Surely if the papers were shoved so hard back into the cupboard that the force pushed the keys out the back of the particle board backing, they'd fall pretty close to the cupboard and not almost a foot away and to the side of the cupboard. Also, why would the case files for Avery's murder of Teresa hold an old vial of Avery's blood? That really makes no sense to me.

What about Brendan Dassey!!!! He is the most injustice sentence EVER heard of!!!! That Poor Kid was totally Wronged more than his Uncle!! He should have NEVER been sentenced!!!! My Heart is still Broken for him. 💔

Where is the part where the investigator is removed from the crime. There is more to this story than what is shown here. If your going to tell a story tell people about the whole story not bits and pieces.
  • @michaelhoggarth89
Why wasn't it mentioned in this documentary that one of the juror's was related to one of the officers????
  • I have no idea if he's guilty or not, but I do know evidence WAS absolutely planted, and that is wrong. Also, just because he did some bad things (admittedly) that doesn't mean he killed someone. I'm sure he would be the first to tell people that. One bad deed doesn't mean he's guilty of all of them.

this shows me one thing: listen to your gut … do not ignore it to please people … poor girl 😔
  • @lawrencemaweu
This is the problem with being a bad guy. Even when you are innocent, shit follows you anyway.
  • @user-tl4pm3km1t
Personally I think both Avery and Dassey is innocent. I have watched many documentaries regarding killers and after watching and really listening to all the evidence, I feel that evidence was planted. The state is trying to cover up their previous mistakes. Dassey was definitely coaxed. It really frustrates me to think to what length someone would go to prove a innocent person to be guilty. This is truly sad but hopefully both will be set free soon.

So he tortured and killed a cat alive? Animal cruelty should be taken so much more serious and ppl. doing this should all go to jail for a long time. What a bastard he is.
  • @flaviamendes6211
This is why a 36 million +, reasons why the dodgy, corrupt law enforcement would set this poor family up
  • @KJ-gc8oq
The fact he set a live cat on fire tells me everything i need to know about that monster. He'll be, front row, on fire when he gets to hell.
  • @Rpm6971
The missing vehicle being found there never made any sense to me (maybe he’s just stupid) but if I owned a salvage and did such a horrible thing, not that I personally would) but if I was him and had done this that car would have been turned into a cube (and they had a crusher on the property so if you were guilty why would leave a car just sitting there like that?
  • @gdave53925_
Love that they are reporting it on the show like it's fact, when it's all based on a coerced confession of a minor that was fed the evidence. I'm not saying he's innocent or guilty, honestly nobody knows the actual truth here. Also what's with the southern accent?
  • @gemmzobrien5708
I'm sorry they didn't want to pay that massive payment so they framed him !!! Yes the cat thing was totally wrong but he's not been sentenced for that ! They framed him
  • @Catherine-oe4tp
He deserved every day of his original sentence for burning the cat alive. That was pure evil
  • @rubydawn1
so tragic such an innocent victim. Him burning a cat is a sign of his cruelty.
